Pachamama (pronounced Pawch-mama) or Mama Pacha, is the Earth Mother of the Incans of South America. She lives inside the earth and is a companion to women. The mountain peaks are seen as her breasts, the flowing rivers, her life-giving milk, and the tilled fields, her fertile womb. This full-bodied earth goddess is the primordial feminine image. She is one with the earth, centered, calm, and content. But she is also a dragon Goddess and when the people do not honor her, she sends them earthquakes as reminders. This Earth Mother brings grounding and centering. My Pachamama Goddess Pendant is made from fired, glazed clay with a metallic bronze glaze and garnet gemstones. 2.25" long. Wrapped with copper wire. Includes a cotton cord and description card. Cloth pouches and gift wrapping are available.
