Kali Goddess Pendant

In India, Kali is the symbol of eternal time and the Divine Mother from whom all things are born and to whom all things must return. She is the shakti, or animating force of the great God Shiva. Her wild untamed energy allows him to unleash his power.

She is the black warrior Goddess, possessor of the ultimate power of transformation. She is a Hindu goddess who is often depicted naked, dancing, holding weapons and wearing a necklace of skulls. Once honored and understood, Kali can free her devotees of all fear and become the great divine comforter.

My Kali goddess pendant is glazed a jet black and dances in the tribhanga pose typical of Indian Gods and Goddesses. She is wrapped with brass wire and adorned with two garnet gemstones. 2.5" long
